Terms and Conditions:

• 1. All of the membership rules contained herein apply equally to members, temporary members and guests alike.
• 2. Any injury caused during the work-out will be sole responsibility of the member. You may, at your own discretion and expense, obtain personal insurance for loss, injury or damage that you might sustain arising from use of the gym.
• 3. Any loss or damage to equipment/interiors, if caused, will have to be made good by the member concerned.
• 4. Members will be responsible for their valuables and belongings, whether they are kept in the lockers, car or anywhere else & management shall not be liable for any loss or damages.
• 5. OxyGym is a private members fitness club and the management reserve the right to refuse membership to any individual without cause.
• 6. From time to time we may need to increase the price of your membership and the members shall have no objections to that.
• 7. It is necessary that all members and guests of the club wear appropriate, clean attire and footwear when using the gym.
• 8.Members found indulging in any indecent act are liable to lose their membership.
• 9. Members fee once paid is neither refundable nor adjustable.
• 10. Under no circumstances extension of days will be given or the member’s days will be freezed.
• 11. Members are supposed to bring their own towels and water bottles etc.
• 12. Members are required to deposit the fee one day in advance of its expiry.
• 13. Management reserves the right to withdraw use of all or part of the gym for the purpose of undertaking maintenance work or any other work considered necessary.
• 14. Members shall receive free daily use of changing room lockers. Keys may not be removed from the premises and clients are requested to return their locker’s keys at the reception after use.
• 15. If a locker key is lost or removed from the premises, it will be treated as a redundant key and the lock set will be replaced. The individual member to whom the key was issued, will be charged the cost of a replacement lock set.
• 16. We endeavour to ensure that all facilities, classes and equipment are available during the advertised opening times. However, occasionally, facilities or equipment may be unavailable or classes cancelled. During festive periods opening times may be altered at the discretion of the management. These circumstances have been calculated within the membership fees.
• 17. In the event of future Covid and any other pandemic restrictions, members will be required to follow government guidance and advice from the Official Government Agency. These restrictions may include reduced services, restricted access and or temporary closure of the gym. In such circumstances no fees shall be adjusted or refunded.
• 18. Smoking &carrying of lighters/matchbox/arms are strictly prohibited inside OxyGym.
• 19. Any Complimentary Schemes/ Vouchers/ Coupons etc cannot be redeemed for cash and these facilities to be used within the valid time period.

BEHAVIOUR:

• 1. Members and guests must treat OxyGym facilities and one another with respect; failure to comply shall constitute a serious breach of the terms of membership, and could result in the loss of membership.
• 2. Threatening, intimidating, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated towards any member of staff or the company. Should such incidents take place a member's membership will be immediately suspended and all future payments will be collected immediately.
• 3. We reserve the right to prevent access to, or use of, the facilities by anyone deemed to be acting inappropriately or behaving in an unacceptable manner, as determined by OxyGym Management.
• 4. As a courtesy to other members, Gym equipment should be wiped down by members after use, and all equipment returned to its correct position.
• 5. Any anti-social or offensive behavior will result in the member or guest being immediately evicted from the gym and your membership cancelled.
• 6. OxyGym Social Media platforms are intended as a means of creating community, facilitating communications, and providing a forum for the expression of feedback. Inflammatory posts, including any content which is judged by our management at its absolute discretion to consider inappropriate, may be subject to remedial action, including removal of the offending posts, blocking access, and termination of membership as a consequence of serious misconduct.
• 7. Good personal hygiene is mandatory, and any member who causes offense will be asked to remedy the offending problem or leave the gym and membership may be cancelled at OxyGym management's sole discretion.
• 8. Sharing memberships is strictly not permitted, any member caught sharing memberships or providing non-members with unauthorized access to OxyGym will be subject to their membership being cancelled and the remainder of their contract period being billed.
• 9. Members who are accessing a OxyGym location through a complimentary membership – won in a competition, through a OxyGym partnership or other promotion, are also subject to these terms and conditions. OxyGym management reserve the right to cancel a complimentary membership if the terms and conditions are not being adhered to. Members will still be entitled to their complimentary membership but this may have to be used during a non-peak time as per the guidance of OxyGym management or deferred to a later date.
• 10. Carrying of liquor and any other prohibited substances not allowed while on premises.
• 11. If any promotional activity is being carried out in the gym premises which includes photography/video etc. members should have no objection. This can be displayed/promoted in public platform. Due care shall be taken that members photos/pictures etc. is not taken without their permission, and if any member’s picture/video appears, the management will not be held responsible and the member cannot lodge any complaint to any agency/court/authority.

I declare that I am joining OxyGym after being fully satisfied with all aspects and my own free will and under no undue influence or coercion. I will be held responsible for any injury/damage/illness that I may have during or after the enrolment into OxyGym. In accepting these Terms & Conditions the member warrants and also represents that he/she is in good health and is not knowingly incapable of engaging in either active or passive exercise. The member further warrants that such exercise would not be detrimental to their health, safety, comfort, well-being or physical condition. If a member is taking medication and is aware of a condition that may affect them taking part in exercise a doctor’s letter would be needed. I hereby apply for membership and agree that I will abide by the rules and regulations at OxyGym. I confirm that the information I have given on the application form is correct. In the event of failure to do the above, my membership may be cancelled immediately and I shall not hold the management/staff of OxyGym responsible. I hereby understand that under no circumstances the membership is transferable & no fees shall be refundable.
